There are a number of summer 2015 camp programs that will be run out of the Suffolk County Council’s Baiting Hollow camp.

Here are highlights:

Field Sports Camp – for Scouts 13 and older

June 28 to July 3 (Sunday to Friday)

Announced merit badge programs include rifle shooting, shotgun shooting and archery.

Day Camp – for Scouts age 12 and under

Runs weekly for 9 weeks through the summer

Announced merit badge programs include: Space Exploration, Canoeing, Fishing, Game Design, Geocaching, Orienteering, Swimming, Archery and Weather.

There is also a camp that focuses on STEM: Science, Technology, Engineering and Math.

And for Scouts 14 and older, there’s a Counselor in Training program for those who might want to work at Boy Scout summer camps in 2016 and beyond:
