Hello Troop,

Please find the following documents for this weekends turkey cookout. We will be meeting at St. Pauls Friday night at 6PM to load up gear and depart for West Hills

Permission slip – if you have not returned this, please bring it down on friday/saturday.
Food assignments for each scout – please bring down what you are required when you arrive.

Map of West Hills – This is where we will be holding the dinner. IT IS NOT IN THE SAME PLACE as last year. We are holding it at the Pavilion near the Vistors Center. It will be much easier for you to park in the main parking area and then walk across the street towards the dog run. There is a wide path that will lead to the pavilion. We will attempt to have a number of scouts along the route to assist anyone that might need help.

We will have the pavilion enclosed and there will be lights and heaters inside.

Parents/Friends – We would like to start dinner by 6PM Saturday

Please bring a flashlight since it will be dark by that time when you come.

We can use some additional folding tables and chairs – so if you can bring either, let me know.

The weather looks like it will be great for the weekend.
