Unfortunately, we are going to have to cancel the Winter Cabin Trip for this weekend. We only received 2 responses from the troop, so it doesn’t make sense to run the trip.

We apologize for any inconvenience with the trip this year, and we’ll make sure we get all the information together earlier for the trip next year. If you paid money it will be refunded to you. Hopefully we can return to TMR!

This weekend is our Annual Winter Cabin Trip. This year we are going to the Schiff Scout Camp in Wading River, and we will be leaving from the church parking lot Friday evening – Please meet there at 6 pm. It’s close, it’s easy & it’ll be fun.

Attached is the permission slip for the trip. Please fill this out & either email it back to me or bring it to the church when we depart along with $20/scout.

In order to make this trip successful, we need additional leaders and/or parents to attend, including those who can drive.

If your scout is attending, please respond ASAP to this email so we can get an accurate head count. Additionally, if you are a leader/parent who can attend & drive, please let me know!!
