Parents:
During the last ½ hour of this week’s Wednesday meeting (8:30-9 pm), there will be a TMR Summer Camp Information Session. All are welcome to attend, but it is especially important for those scouts & parents who are planning to attend TMR for the 1st time this summer. This will largely be a Q&A session, but I will go over procedures, dos & don’ts, a typical day at camp, patrols, what to pack…& what NOT to pack, mail, etc.
Also, the TMR balances are due at this meeting. For most of you, that means you owe $190, however, some have only paid the 1st deposit, so you owe $290 & those who have paid nothing as yet, owe the full amount of $390. If you can’t get it to me by meeting time, call me & make arrangements to get the money to me by Friday 3/27. The Troop has to pay for everyone in full by this date & if you don’t have your money in by Friday, you will forfeit the early pay discount & have to pay the full price of $420 for the week.
Please don’t look for me at the beginning of the meeting. My son has a baseball game & I will get there after 8 pm. Hope to see you all then.
