Here’s the support schedule for Scouts for the 8th Annual Polar Bear Swim Charity Fundraiser.

Scout Construction Crew – arrive at Steers Beach at 9 am

Task: build the temporary shelter

All other Scouts – arrive by 10 am (you can arrive earlier, but you are needed by 10 am at the latest.)

Tasks:
Build the garage tent
Set up registration tables (registration opens to the public at 11 am)
Build the bonfire
Assist with all other set up tasks
Clean up after the swim – Leave No Trace – all Scouts remain until cleanup is completed.
