Subject: Scouts Needed – Counts as Community Service Hours

Scouts:

Pack 42 has asked for some Boy Scouts to help run their Pinewood Derby on Saturday February 11th.

Their PWD is being held at the 1st Presbyterian Church on Main St. in Northport (the white building), and they need help between 12:30-4pm.

Scouts would be running the mechanics of most of the event, setting up & running the cars down the track, plus running both the accuracy & distance competitions.

This counts toward Community Service hours.

They need a minimum of 6 Scouts & can take up to 10.

Please advise if you are interested in helping. I will have a signup sheet at tonight’s meeting, and/or you can respond to this email.
