Dear Troop 410 Asst. Leaders & Families:
The Troop 410 Annual Polar Bear Swim Fundraiser is less than 2 weeks away! Please remind your Scouts to get their sponsorships. Remember we are asking that all Scouts get as many $5 sponsors for their swim. We have a prize for the Scout that fundraises the most!
When: January 1, 2018
Time: All Scouts and Assistants Arrive by 10AM (unless on construction crew @ 9AM) – 1PM
Event / Swim Time: 12 PM
Location: Steers Beach Northport
Parents we need your HELP! We have no volunteers!
We are asking our Troop 410 Parents to come out and assist with this event. This is a great local event for Parents to assist the Scouts and help raise money for the Troop 410 Scouting for Food program.
We are in need of the following to make this event a success:
1. T-Shirt Sales
2. Registration Table – Assist with waivers
3. Donation Collection
