The Troop 410 10th Annual Polar Bear Swim Fundraiser is Tuesday!
When: Tuesday, January 1, 2019 (New Year’s Day)
Time: All Scouts and Assistants Must Arrive by 10AM
Event / Swim Time: 12 PM
Location: Steers Beach Northport
This event is mandatory for all Troop 410 Scouts to attend!
All are reminded to bring firewood if possible! We need to have a true 410 Bonfire!
CONSTRUCTION CREW SET UP: Monday, December 31, 2018 @ 2PM
We have the following Scouts Signed up for the New Year’s Eve Construction / Set Up: (feel free to join us if you are available.
Please bring shovels for fire pit!
Please remind your Scouts to get their sponsorships. Remember we are asking that all Scouts get as many $5 sponsors for their swim. Parents, we need volunteers to assist the Leaders with this event.
Parents we need your HELP! Please let us know if you can assist your son’s Troop. We need volunteers to make this event a huge success. The Leaders cannot do this alone.
We are asking our Troop 410 Parents to come out and assist with this event. This is a great local event for Parents to assist the Scouts and help raise money for the Troop 410 Scouting for Food program.
We are in need of the following to make this event a success:
- T-Shirt Sales
- Registration Table – Assist with waivers
- Donation Collection
- Donate firewood – y’all know how Troop 410 has reputation to uphold to!
- Construction Crew – Set up of Warming Hut – Monday New Year’s Day – Time to be determined
- Firewood, Firewood, Firewood! We need your Firewood for a 410 Bonfire.
